Aims

The original aim of the company was to provide consultancy to the defence industry in the specialised area of Digital Map systems software development. We have extensive expertise in the preparation of digital map data and the development of high performance real time software for embedded, desktop and handheld systems.

Expertise

We have a experience of a wide range of data formats for raster, vector and matrix data to support both image viewing and terrain data manipulation and presentation.

Systems have been developed for military platforms from the handheld (PDA) or land vehicle mounted (Tablet PC) display through to the embedded system in the FastJet cockpit (bespoke hardware).

We also have experience of developing map data preparation systems to create efficient map data structures allowing high resolution map and satellite imagery to be accessed in real-time to match the performance of versatile airborne platforms.

We also have many years experience of developing bespoke PC software applications to suit the customer’s specific requirements
